Thank you all so much for your patience over the last few months as we navigated our way through the pathway of Creative Connexions Ireland since its inception by Artscope in 2013 to the present day. Over that period, we celebrated 10 festivals in Sitges! We felt that 10 festivals was a good marker and the ideal time to take stock, evaluate, and move forward.

From our various meetings, conversations, and discussions, we have decided that in 2025, we won't be producing a festival in Sitges. Instead, we will use this time to create and develop new ideas and produce new material for 2026 and beyond. Moving so rapidly from one festival to the next wasn't affording the Creative Connexions brand adequate time to focus on developing and maintaining the connections that are central to Creative Connexions Ireland.

While each festival led to an even more successful next one, we were in danger of becoming stagnant and losing some of the spark of creativity that is absolutely central to our brand. We have already started plotting and planning for the next ten years of Creative Connexions Ireland — wherever and whenever it will take place.
